How do you best determine your belt size?

Based on the following steps:

1. Take a measuring tape,

1. measure the circumference of your waist, at the point where the belt sits,

1. read your waist size.

1. Or: choose the belt size that is closest to your waist size,

1. take an old belt and put it on,

1. remember which hole is the most comfortable,

1. remove the belt and measure the length between the buckle and this hole.

1. Or: take a comfortable pair of pants and read the waist size from the size label,

1. convert a waist size in inches to centimeters.

1. Check if the new belt closes on the middle hole,

1. check if the remaining strap can be neatly tucked away in the first loop of your trousers.
