How do I register myself?
You have the option to register yourself in two ways: as a “Returning customer” or as a “Guest” customer.
1. On the Homepage, click on the menu “login/register”. You will then be taken to the fill-in form. You need to fill this out completely and save it. Don’t forget to keep your username and password safe. The advantage of registering is that you can manage your account entirely yourself via the dashboard.
2. At checkout via the shopping cart. Here you also fill in your personal details. At the bottom of the shopping cart page, you can again choose whether or not to register.
- What are the shipping costs?
The shipping costs depend on packaging and the ordered item (postage rate for mailbox packages) per shipment within the Netherlands and for Belgium starting from € 9.00.
For large shipments (e.g., boxes, pallets), the rate of the transport service will be charged.
- Within how many days will my shipment be delivered to my home?
The delivery time is standard; if ordered before 15:00, it will be at your home the next day. Orders placed after 15:00 will be shipped the following day. An exception to this is if the item is no longer in stock and must be specially ordered for you. For the latter, we will send you a counter message with the expected delivery time.
- How can I cancel an order?
It is not possible to cancel an order online once it has been processed.
If you still wish to cancel a paid order, please contact us directly via our email address info@look4goods.nl. As soon as we receive your email, we will confirm it to you.
- Where can I go with questions and suggestions?
On our website, you can make your questions and suggestions known via the contact form or send an email to info@look4goods.nl. We try to respond to your messages within 48 hours.
- What are the payment methods on your website?
1. Pay via IDEAL. By paying via Mollie IDEAL, you can securely settle your orders. All major banks are connected to this and operate through the Mollie IDEAL payment system. Mollie IDEAL guarantees the secure processing of your transaction and offers a secure connection for this.
2. You can also make and settle transactions via a Paypal account. Credit card is an option in this.
3. Bank transfer is also possible, but then the delivery of your order depends on the receipt of your transfer to us. As soon as the amount is in our account, we will process your order. Our bank is ABNAMRO, account number NL03 ABNA 0519207750 in Leiden.
- Do I need to return my product in its original packaging?
1. Yes, if you send your product back within the visibility period (14 days). This way, we might be able to make someone else happy with it. Don’t have the original packaging anymore? No problem, we will assess the condition of your returned product and determine the depreciation based on that.
- Can I return hygiene and sealed products?
1. Yes, as long as the hygiene seal has not been broken; then the product unfortunately cannot be returned. We cannot sell the product to another customer.
